Thank you for visiting the Hills Dry Goods online store. If you have found your way to our Shipping & Returns page, we hope this means you have found something that you love.

If you have placed an online order, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. Please allow 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. If an item you ordered is unavailable, you will be notified by email and refunded for the item.

Please note that the stated timelines for processing and shipping are estimates only and there may be delays during sale periods and/or Canadian holidays. 

You will receive an email with tracking information once your package has been shipped. We are unable to re-route packages once they have been shipped, please make sure that your shipping details and personal information are accurate at the time of checkout.

All orders are shipped from Vancouver, Canada to Canada and the USA. If you live outside of Canada or the USA, please email  customercare@hillsdrygoods.com  and we will do our best to accommodate for international shipping.

We do not require signatures upon receipt (unless requested) and are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package does not arrive, please contact Canada Post with the tracking number provided in your email confirmation.

USA Payment, Taxes & Duties

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Your card will be charged in US dollars. The prices on our US site reflect the current daily US exchange rate so these prices may fluctuate.

For US orders, you will be subject to additional custom duties and service fees. Hill's Dry Goods does not have any control over these fees and are not able to waive or refund these fees. The total billed at checkout is guaranteed, Hill's Dry Goods will charge a fee equivalent to the duties, tax, and other applicable cross border fees at the time of order. You will not have to pay anything additional at the time of delivery. 

 

Returns & Refunds

 

Holiday Return Policy

As of November 1st, our return policy is as follows:

  • We will gladly return items for an exchange or store credit until December 31st, 2025 and offer return for refund on regular priced merchandise within 28 days of the purchase date. A receipt must be provided and merchandise must not be worn or damaged with all packaging intact.
  • Refunds will be made in the same form as the original method of payment.
    • For in store purchases/returns - If the original method of payment is not available, an exchange or store credit will be issued.

    • For online purchases/returns - If the original method of payment is not available, an e-gift card will be issued.

  • Sale items discounted 50% or greater are final sale. All other sale items may be exchanged for merchandise (in-store only) or credit within 14 days of purchase date.

  • TV, film, production-related purchases, and stylist pulls are only available in-store. Any orders placed online will be cancelled and refunded. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact our customer support team.

  • We are unable to offer price adjustments during promotional sale events. Discounts only apply to purchases placed during the event and not before or after.

  • Gift cards issued in store may be redeemed for merchandise purchases in store only. E-gift cards can be used online only. Gift cards cannot be refunded.
  • For online returns, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Sorry, we are unable to refund any duties or taxes paid.
  • Returns shipped without authorization or that do not comply with our return instructions may be refused.
  • Returns shipped without authorization or that do not comply with our return instructions may be refused. We are not responsible for additional costs incurred by refused packages.
  • We are unable to accept returns on December 24th or December 26th.

  

Mail-In Return – Canada

  1. Send us an email at customercare@hillsdrygoods.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your request has been processed you will be sent a return authorization.
  2. Further return instructions will be sent at time of authorization via email. Please reference the appropriate carrier website for hours of operation and accessible return drop off locations. A return postage fee of $25 (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from your refund. 
  3. Once your return has been received and processed you will be notified by email. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

 

Mail-In Return – USA

  1. Send us an email at customercare@hillsdrygoods.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your request has been processed you will be sent a return authorization.
  2. Further return instructions will be sent at time of authorization via email. Hill's Dry Goods is not responsible for shipping costs associated with USA returns. The shipping cost is to be covered by the party requesting a return.

In-Store Returns - available in Vancouver BC
